One contractor, one point of contact, and a kitchen you actually want to cook in. From a simple cabinet refresh to a complete gut renovation — we handle it all.
Kitchen remodeling is a big phrase that can mean a lot of different things. At All Inclusive Kitchens, it means exactly what the name says: we handle everything related to your cabinets, countertops, and the surfaces that tie them together. You deal with one person — owner Dave Bowser — from the first conversation to the final walkthrough. No project managers, no subcontractor roulette, no wondering who's showing up tomorrow.
Dave Bowser has been doing this since 2005. Over that time, he's seen what works and what doesn't, and built All Inclusive Kitchens around doing fewer things at a very high level. That's the trade-off: we don't try to be everything to everyone. We focus on the cabinet and countertop side of kitchen remodeling because that's where 80% of the visual transformation happens — and it's where most contractors cut corners.
Whether your kitchen needs a cosmetic refresh or a ground-up redesign, we'll figure out the right approach together during a free in-home consultation. No sales pitch, no pressure. Just an honest assessment of what your kitchen needs and what it'll cost.
Every kitchen is different, and every budget is different. Here are the three approaches we take, depending on what you need:
Cabinet Refacing — The Fast Track
Your existing cabinet boxes stay in place. We replace every door and drawer front, apply matching veneer to the exposed surfaces, upgrade your hinges to soft-close, and install new hardware. The result looks like a brand-new kitchen, but it's done in 3–5 days and costs roughly half of a full replacement. If your current layout works and the boxes are structurally sound, this is the smartest move. Learn more about cabinet refacing.
New Custom Cabinets — Complete Redesign
When the layout needs to change, or the existing cabinet boxes aren't worth saving, we start fresh. As an authorized Waypoint Living Spaces dealer, we have access to a full line of semi-custom and custom cabinetry — wood dovetail construction drawer boxes, soft-close everything, and more door styles than you'll know what to do with. We design the layout in 3D using ProKitchen software so you can see exactly what your kitchen will look like before we order a single cabinet. Learn more about custom cabinets.
Full Gut Renovation — Everything Changes
This is the big one. Cabinets come out, countertops come out, and we build the kitchen you actually want. We handle all the cabinetry and countertop work, and we coordinate with your plumber, electrician, and flooring installer to keep everything on schedule. You still have one point of contact for the parts that matter most.
Our scope covers the surfaces and storage that define how your kitchen looks and functions:
What we don't handle: Plumbing, electrical, and flooring. We focus on what we do best so we can guarantee the result. If your project needs those trades, we'll coordinate with your contractors — or recommend ones we trust — to keep the project moving.
Timeline depends entirely on the scope of your project. Here's what to expect:
We schedule jobs sequentially, not in parallel. That means when we're at your house, we're at your house — not bouncing between three job sites. Your project gets our full attention from start to finish.
Kitchen remodeling projects typically range from $8,000 for a cabinet refacing to $30,000+ for a full renovation with custom cabinets and countertops. The majority of our projects fall in the $15,000–$25,000 range. That includes everything: materials, labor, hardware, and the design work up front.
We don't do vague estimates. After the in-home consultation, you get a detailed proposal with exact pricing — line by line. No hidden fees, no surprise upcharges halfway through the project.
